Over the past weeks, in Tecnomatic Flow Elements and Terranova Instruments we had the opportunity to take part in TGP, The Gratitude Path, a meaningful training journey built around one powerful idea: gratitude.
Through 4 inspiring sessions brought by The Seams Sports Agency, we explored what gratitude really means in the workplace; not just as a word, but as a daily practice that can shape the way we work, communicate, and grow together.
What made this experience unique was the use of several sports metaphors, to help translate key values into practical behaviors: identity, teamwork, trust, responsibility and mutual support.
Team sports teach us that no one moves forward alone: every role matters, every pass matters, every teammate matters. And in many ways, this is exactly what happens in a company too.

TGP gave us the chance to reflect, connect, and strengthen the way we stand together as teams and as people. Because strong companies are built not only on skills and results, but also on respect, trust, and gratitude.
